How can you file a complaint?

At vanLinden.com we strive to provide our customers with the best possible service. If you are not satisfied with one of our products or services, we would like to hear about it so that we can find a solution together.

We will respond to your complaint within 14 days of receipt and will then provide an appropriate solution.

We take every complaint seriously and we are ready to help you!

If the team at vanlinden.com was unable to help you to your satisfaction, you can of course always submit your complaint to the Thuiswinkel dispute committee or you can submit your complaint to the Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
