How can I place an order? Place your products in your digital shopping cart via the large blue "add to cart" button. If you place the order while logged in with your vanLinden.com account, this will be even faster because we already know you.
How do I change my order?
You can only change your order if you have not yet received a shipping confirmation. Please contact our customer service to change the name or address of your order.

How do I change my delivery address? How you change the address of a current order depends on the delivery service that delivers your package.

Have you not received a shipping confirmation yet? Please contact our customer service to change your address. If you have already received a shipping confirmation, you can change the delivery to a PostNL point via 'change delivery' in the PostNL Track and Trace. If your package is already too far in the delivery process, this is unfortunately no longer possible, not even via customer service. A message will then appear on your Track and Trace page. You can ask the residents of the incorrect address if you can pick up the package there, or ask them to refuse your package. Your order will then be returned to vanLinden.com and you will receive your money back within 8 days.
