Can I pay for my order afterwards?

No, you cannot pay at vanLinden.com with Klarna, Riverty or another provider of "pay later". You can postpone your payment by paying with your credit card. The debit will take place at a later time.

How quickly will I be refunded after returning an item?

Once we have processed your return, we will refund you within 8 business days. How quickly you will have the money in your account depends on your payment method.

It is possible that you will get your money back in several parts. This can be due to a number of things:

  • You have exchanged a product for another product. In that case, we will refund the purchase value of the first product to the payment method you used first. Did you pay extra for the replacement product? Then you will receive the remaining amount refunded separately.
  • You have returned multiple products. It is possible that one product was processed a little earlier than the other. As a result, you have already received your money back for one product, but not for the other. In that case, we would like to ask you to please be patient.

Where can I find my invoice?

As soon as we have shipped your order, we will always send the invoice by email as an attachment to your shipping confirmation. You can also download your invoices in your order overview by clicking on your order. Have you just placed the order? Then wait until your order has been shipped. After this, you will receive the invoice in the shipping confirmation.

Why haven't I received an order confirmation yet?

  • Has money been debited from your account? Due to busy times, it may sometimes be the case that the confirmation is sent later. We would like to ask you to wait 1 hour. Have you not received a confirmation after this? Please contact us.
  • No money has been debited? Then something went wrong with your order and you can place it again. You don't have to worry about receiving 2 orders. We do not send orders without successful payments.
